We provide nurses who have current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (U.K.) who work under the NMC Code of Conduct and experienced and suitably trained Care Assistants for placement with the following current Service Users:
Service is provided as per our Terms of Business. 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or discontinuing the service is required.

We will provide staff for however short or long a period you require and will strive to assist even at very short notice should your need be urgent.
We are very proud of the service we provide to our clients with whom we value regular communication, thus enabling us to measure and maintain a consistently high standard of service. We aim to visit new clients as soon as practicable to establish exact requirements and to match suitable staff to individual situations. A 24 hour o call service for issues of an urgent nature is available at all times out with normal office hours. Our in-house office staff facilitates this. A Registered Nurse is always second on call for advice and support if required.
The quality of our service is monitored on an on-going basis; we will make regular telephone contact to ensure your satisfaction with our service. We would be pleased to visit on your request to discuss any aspects of our service, and will plan to visit regularly at your convenience to ensure quality standards are being met.
The Care Inspectorate and CQC have a responsibility for the regulation of Raeburn Healthcare, and to regularly inspect the workings of Raeburn Healthcare to ensure all current legislation is implemented and adhered to with all our clients. Our clients are welcome to contacts the Care Inspectorate or CQC to discuss any aspect of our service. Inspection reports may be viewed at our office and on the Care Inspectorate and CQC websites.
